Terms and Conditions for the TUSA internet store

These Terms and Conditions define the specific regulation of the use of and shopping in the internet store.

I. General information
1. The owner of the internet store with the domain of is TUSA Sp. z o.o. headquartered at ul. Obrońców Tobruku 18d/2, 01-494 Warsaw, tax ID no. 701-024-65-97, National Official Register of Business Entities no. 142479604, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Regional Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under the number KRS 0000362047.
2. Shopping in the store is conditioned by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, placement of an order, and payment for the purchased merchandise via the website.
3. The photographs, trademarks, and brand labels presented on are used solely for informational purposes and are subject to protection under the copyright law and are reserved by their owners.

II. Order placement

2. Orders can only be placed by natural persons with full capacity for legal transactions and entities conducting business activity.
3. Sales will only be realised on the grounds of properly carried out orders.
4. The internet store reserves the right to refuse the realisation of the order placed by a Buyer who has previously failed to collect the ordered merchandise, was late in settling payments for the ordered merchandise, or in a situation when the authenticity of the order raises justified doubts.
3. To place an order, the Buyer needs to create an account and register at through the registration form. The internet store will confirm the creation of the account. Acceptance of the confirmation is equivalent to concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services under the regulations defined in the Terms and Conditions and means that the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions.
4. The personal data provided in the order form are subject to protection in compliance with currently binding law. By confirming the order form, the Buyer consents to their processing in scope necessary to the realisation of the order.
5. The realisation of the order begins with the Buyer's receipt of an e-mail confirming the acceptance of a given order.
6. The Buyer is entitled to cancel or change the order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation of the acceptance of the order for realisation.

III. Order realisation
1. The realisation of the order shall commence only when the payment has been settled.
2. The realisation of the order commences once the payment has been effected by means of one of the following methods:
a) e-transfer, debit or credit card ? following the filing of the payment by PayPal or przelewy24
b) bank transfer ? with the filing of the amount due for the ordered merchandise on the store's account.
3. The orders are realised on a 'first come, first served? basis.
4. The order will be realised as long as the merchandise is available in the storehouse or from the store's suppliers. If certain merchandise covered by the order should be unavailable, or prices should be changed by parties other than the seller, the Buyer is informed of the status of the order and makes a decision on the mode of its realisation ? partial realisation, extension of the waiting time, or cancelling of the entire order.
5. If the Buyer fails to select the colour of the ordered merchandise, the colour is selected at random.
6. A limited quantity of merchandise is foreseen for promotional sales. The orders are realised according to the seniority of their arrival, until the store runs out of the merchandise covered by this form of sales.

8. A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each order. If your company is registered in the VIES base, the issued VAT invoice has a VAT rate of 0%.

IV. Order realisation duration and shipping costs
1. The duration of the order realisation depends on the size of the order, as well as the type of the ordered item. The orders placed for accessories such as leashes, collars, harness or key chains are realised within 15 working days. The orders of other items are realised within maximum 10 working days. The duration of the order realisation and shipment of the merchandise is automatically extended if the Buyer demands changes to the order following its confirmation  or if it is not possible to keep the deadline of the order realisation for reasons not attributable to the Store.
2. The companies providing shipping services are not affiliated with, and their shipping services are subject to separate regulations.  
3. The international shipment of the order is subject to a charge amounting to EUR 15.50 for each order up to 30kg. Shipments are made by specialised courier companies, such as GLS, UPS, FedEx, DPD. For orders heavier than 30kg the shipping cost is arranged on individual basis once the order has been placed. The shipping cost is subject to change, which is notified to the Client before the shipment has been arranged.
4. Merchandise is shipped Mondays to Fridays.
5. The store is not liable for the damage suffered during the shipment of the merchandise.
6. The collection of the shipment from the courier must be confirmed with a written receipt.
7. Upon signing of the receipt, the ownership rights of the merchandise and all risk associated with its possession and use, particularly the risk of loss or damage, are transferred to the Buyer.

V. Payments
1. The internet store recognises the following methods of payment:

2. The internet store reserves the right to verify and cancel placed orders in cases where there arise justified doubts as to their credibility.
4. All transaction settlements through credit cards and e-transfer are made through the PayPal Settlement Centre and
5. The transaction is authorised by the PayPal Settlement Centre or in cooperation with the bank, in which the person making the transaction has an account
(e-transfers) or which issued the card.
6. The information on the card holder (personal data, card number) entered into the transaction authorisation form are transferred directly to the PayPal Settlement Centre.

VI. Returns  
1. In compliance with the Act of 2nd March 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 22 item 271) on protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous products, it is possible to return the purchased merchandise within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The returned merchandise must be complete, unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged in any way. If you have made a decision to return a purchased product, please contact
2. The returned merchandise should be sent to the address of the internet store with the received receipt or invoice, marked as ?ZWROT? (return). The shipment should also contain the bank account number to which the amount constituting the equivalent of the product price should be refunded. This amount will be returned within 5 working days following the receipt of the return by the store.
3. The return shipping costs are not subject to refund.
4. Used products are not subject to refund.

VII. Complaints
1. Complaints concerning damage to the merchandise made during the transport will only be recognised if a complaint form is filled out in the presence of the courier. By receiving the merchandise, the Buyer is obliged to check if the shipment has not been damaged in transport and of the merchandise complies with the order. In the event of establishing damage, the Buyer sends the complaint form to the address or e-mail address ( of the store.
2. Differences in the appearance or colour of the delivered merchandise with those appearing at resulting from different settings (parameters) of the Buyer's monitor do not constitute grounds for complaint.

VIII. Final provisions
1. The presentation of the receipt or VAT invoice issued by the internet store to the Buyer confirms the sales contract concluded between them, with particular consideration of the resolutions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The court competent to examine the disputes, if any, resulting from the realisation of the sales contract is the court having jurisdiction over the headquarters of the owner of the internet store.
3. Issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the regulations of the Civil Code.
