Privacy Policy of the tusa24.eu internet store

The protection of the privacy of the users of the tusa24.eu internet store is very important to us. That is why, we hereby present the principles of the privacy policy which define the objective and modes of the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

1. In the understanding of the Act of 29th August 1997 on personal information protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, no. 101, item 926 as amended), the administrator of the personal information of the tusa24.eu internet store is TUSA Sp. z o.o, headquartered at ul. Obrońców Tobruku 18d/2, 01-494 Warsaw, tax ID no. 701-024-65-97, National Official Register of Business Entities no. 142479604.
2. The personal information obtained from the users are processed by the administrator in compliance with the regulations of the Act of 29th August 1997 on personal information protection and the Act of 18th July 2002 on the provision of services through the internet in order to offer merchandise, realise orders placed by the users, and realise shipments.
3. The administrator obtains the information on the users and their behaviour in the following way:
a) through information voluntarily entered in the forms,
b) through cookie files (so-called cookies) saved in the end devices.



II. Information in forms
1. The administrator gathers information voluntarily provided by the user.
2. The information in the forms is not accessible to third parties without the consent of the user.
3. The data provided in the form constitute the group of users registered by the administrator in the register maintained by the General Inspection of the Protection of Personal Information.
4. The administrator provides the persons associated with the personal data with the right to access and modify the content of their personal data and the right to control the processing of their personal data under the regulations discussed in the act in question.
5. The personal information of the users can be transferred to third parties indicated by the administrator, including entities performing actions associated with the services provided to the users. This particularly concerns the courier services realising the shipments for the administrator, as well as payment processing services and other entities with whom the administrator is cooperating in this scope. The personal information of the users may be transferred to entities authorised to receive it under the power of the current legislation, i.e. adequate bodies of the justice system.
6. The personal information of the Users are protected by the administrator through the application of adequate technical and programming security, particularly  data coding systems.
