This website uses cookie files.

I. Definitions
Website ? is the web page hosting the administrator's internet store under the domain tusa24.eu.
User ? is the entity which can be provided with internet services or enter into a contract for internet services in compliance with the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations.

Cookie files (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files, stored in the end device of the website user and designed to use the pages of the website. These files allow to identify the device of the user and adequately display the website adapted to the individual preferences of the user.
Cookie files usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.


II. General information
The entity responsible for uploading the cookie files on the user's end device and accessing them shall be the operator of www.tusa24.eu, TUSA Sp. z o.o, headquartered at ul. Obrońców Tobruku 18d/2, 01-494 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Regional Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under the number KRS 0000362047, tax ID no. 701-024-65-97, National Official Register of Business Entities no. 142479604.
The cookie files used by the website are safe to the user's device. In particular, viruses or other unwanted or malicious software cannot access the user devices in this way.


III. Purposes of cookie files
The website uses cookie files for the following purposes:
a) adaptation of the website content to the user's preferences and optimisation of the use of the web pages. In particular, these files allow to identify the basic parameters of the user's device and adequately display the web page adjusted to the user's individual needs;
b) saving the user settings and personalisation of the user's interface, e.g. in scope of the chosen language or the user's place of origin, font size, web page display, etc.;
c) creation of anonymous, aggregated statistics, which allow to understand the user's use of the web pages, providing of the improvement of their structure and content, with exclusion of the personal identification of the user;
d) preservation of the user's session (after logging in), allowing the user to avoid the necessity of entering the login and password on each individual page;
e) preservation of the website's security and reliability.

The user can limit or turn off the access of cookie files to the user's device. In the event of the activation of this option, all functions of the website will be available, with the exception of the functions, which require cookie files.


IV. Types of applied cookie files
The website uses two types of cookie files:
a) Session cookies: these are temporary files, stored on the user's device until the user logs out of the website or turns off the internet browser, when the recorded information is permanently deleted from the memory of the device.
b) Permanent cookies: these are stored on the device of the user for a time predetermined in the cookie file settings or until their manual deletion by the user.
Neither of the cookie file types allow for the collection of any personal information or confidential information from the user's device.


V. Specification of the conditions of cookie files storage and access
1. By default, the software used to browse the internet (web browser) allows the storage of cookie files on the end device of the user.
2. The user may independently and at any time change this scope. The user can make the changes to the settings through configuration of web browser settings or service configuration. These settings can be changed to automatically block cookie files or warn of each save of cookie files on the device of the user. Detailed information on this subject is contained in Help or About tab of the web browser.
3. The user can delete the cookie files at any time through the functions available in the web browser he or she uses.
4. Limiting the use or turning off cookie files may hinder or prevent the use of the website.
